Shipping Policy

Items are shipped out on a daily basis. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email as soon as your item has shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Foster and Ozzy is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Return &
Exchange Policy

We know there will be times when you order something and once you receive it there will be a need to return it. To assist in preventing returns, check out our sizing chart and product information to ensure proper fit. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. We hope returns don't happen often, but in the event it does, we have a few rules to manage the return process. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will issue a refund for the value of any approved merchandise within 10 days from possession of your order. After this 10 day period, the items become final sale. Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. Foster and Ozzy has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met.  

Rule 1: You will be issued store credit for returned items. No refunds will be provided.​

Rule 2: Original shipping fees are non-refundable and the original shipping fees will not be provided back as store credit.

Rule 3: All returns must be shipped back to us (Foster & Ozzy) within 10 days of receipt.  Please contact us via email before sending back any items.

Rule 4: Any returned items sent back to us after 10 days of you receiving the item cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.   

Rule 5: Items must be returned NEW with all tags attached, unwashed, and in unworn condition.​

The following items are considered final sales and cannot be returned: 

  • Sale Items ​

  • Accessories 

  • Bodysuits

  • Gift Cards

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted via email and the items returned to you at your expense. If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our Customer Service department at within 7 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 7 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement (if applicable). You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Foster and Ozzy honors the privacy of our visitors, customers, and email list subscribers. Our ultimate agenda for collecting your information is to enhance your shopping experience with us. This privacy policy is intended to assist you in understanding what information we gather about you when you visit this website, how we use that information, and the safeguards we have in place for that information.

The information that you provide during the order process or signing up for our mailing list is used to provide you with personalized services. Information that you supply will be used to process requested transactions or to contact you regarding a particular transaction. Information collected is used to provide and maintain the website and is used at Foster and Ozzy's discretion. This Information may also be used to contact you to send information regarding Foster and Ozzy. You may be invited to receive email correspondence by providing an email address.


All Personal Information we collect from you requires your consent, for example, signing up for our mailing list, the purchase and delivery of products, special offers, etc. We may request your consent from time to time to take part in improved product performance or for marketing purposes that we think will be useful to you. However, unless you are informed otherwise, the Personal Information we hold is for establishing and managing our business and customer relationship with you. 


By communicating with Foster and Ozzy, including by email and by completing online forms, you are giving your consent to the collection of the Personal Information you provide. You have the right to anonymity and do not have to supply us with information. However, if you choose not to provide the information and we need to fulfill your request for a specific product, we may be unable to provide you with that requested product​

  • Enhancing customer service, product options and to improve product performance;
